Daughter of former Governor of Oyo State and blogger, Kemi Olunloyo appeared at a magistrate Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State today, Thursday 30th March, 2017 in prison uniform for defamation of Character.
The case was struck out at the magistrate court so that she could be arraigned at a High Court for Cybercrime. She was remanded by the High Court in prison pending a hearing on her bail application.
Kemi Omolulu Olonloyo and Samuel Walson, publisher of a local tabloid in Port Harcourt, Rivers State are facing four count charges of publishing defamatory and malicious story against the General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie. The matter has been adjourned to May 4 for hearing.
