Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose, wife of Gov. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State is in hot soup. Insiders at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) disclosed to us that the sum of N100 million was paid into her account from the Dasukigate arms deal. Our sources added that the money came from the office of the former National Security Adviser and was paid into Spotless Investment Limited account (1010170969) with Zenith Bank on June 17, 2014 few days to the Ekiti gubernatorial election.

However, since the husband cannot be persecuted because of his immunity as a sitting governor, the wife may soon be a guest of the EFCC since she is a signatory to the account. The account has been frozen by the anti-graft agency.
