Former Aviation Minister, Ms. Stella Oduah is in fresh trouble. Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have discovered a huge sum of N2.5 billion in the bank account of her house girl and the former minister is the sole signatory of the account.

Insiders at EFCC squealed to us that Senator Stella Oduah has been operating the account and so far about N6 billion had passed through the account and the house girl is not aware of the account. Be that as it may, we were told that the politician has been running from pillar to post begging top government officials close to the presidency to appeal to the EFCC chairman not to arrest her.

Those in the know disclosed to us that she even made spirited efforts to see the EFCC chairman but she was rebuffed. It interesting to know that in August 2015, the senator filed an application at a Federal High Court to stop the EFCC from investigating allegations that she bought two ostensibly bulletproof BMW cars at $1.6 million.
