Ransome #LBGI Set For Headies/NMV Awards

RansomeThe much awaited Headies Award and Nigeria Music Video Awards (NMVA) billed to hold on 14th December, 2014 at the ‘Eko Convention Center’, and 26th of November, 2014 at the ‘Eko Hotel and Suites’ respectively, has Ransome #LBGI as one of the nominees for this year’s Award.

The Enugu state born star, Ransome #LBGI is nominated for the category of ‘Rookie Of The Year’ Headies Awards 2014 and his video ‘Local Boy’ that featured indigenous popular rapper Phyno and directed by Adasa Cookey of Squareball Films has been nominated for two different categories of the NMVA as ‘Best Highlife Video’ and ‘Best Director’.

Ekwereonu Ransome Iheanyi aka ‘Local Boy Gone International’ #LBGI is one of the leading upcoming afro-pop and hip-life music artistes in Nigeria. Ransome was born and brought up in Enugu State but currently based in Lagos.
