While it is no more news that all is not well within the Ogun State Chapter of APC, another twist has been added to the crisis rocking the party and if not quickly nipped in the bud, it may cost the broom party next general elections in the State.

If feelers reaching us from the grape vines are anything to go by, then plans are underway for the faction of the party which is loyal to former Governor Olusegun Osoba to massively defect to People’s Democratic Party in search of greener pastures.

From indications, the aggrieved faction who has been at loggerheads with the incumbent Governor Ibikunle Amosun over allegedly excluding them from his government seems to have been alienated from the party.

Be that as it may, the Ogun State faction of the party which seems to be jittery over the outcome of Ekiti governorship election is already learnt to have begun a reconciliation process in order to appeal to the aggrieved faction.
