How Magnus Onyibe’s Daughter Died

That former Delta State Commissioner, Magnus Onyibe’s daughter, Kikaose Ebiye is dead is an established fact. But millions of Nigerians don’t actually know how she died.

The University of Birmingham, United Kingdom Law undergraduate died on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 during a ruptured appendix surgery at Gold Cross Hospital on Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Family sources disclosed that she had been having lower abdominal pains since October last year and had seen a doctor in the UK. But, the doctor could not diagnose the ailment properly.

She arrived Nigeria on Tuesday April 11, 2017 and discovered that her appendix had ruptured after a CT scan was carried out and she passed away during surgery as the hospital had no life support system to stabilise her.

She attended Greenwoods House School, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, and Lagoon School, Lekki, Lagos. Her service of songs was held at 33B Eti-Osa Way, Dophin Estate, Ikoyi and she was buried at Ebony Vaults, George Street, off Alagbon Close, Ikoyi, Lagos.
