Television star, Funmi Iyanda has been hit by strange illness for months now. The “New Dawn” presenter on Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) revealed days ago that she has been critically ill since October 2014.

Friends and family members have been praying for the speedy recovery of the TV star for months now, though it was her birthday a few days ago and she could not celebrate the august event due to her present condition. Those close to her are saying that she may be suffering from a terminal illness. But, she has not disclosed the illness. Friends and family members are only guessing.

Be that as it may, it might interest you to know that Funmi did her NYSC at ex-footballer, Segun Odegbami’s office years ago and one thing led to another, they ended up as lovers. They equally had a daughter called Morenike. The love affair later went sour and they parted ways.
