President Muhammadu Buhari who is the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) left many stirring at one another in dismay on Tuesday, February 5^th, 2019 at the MKO Democracy Park, Akure, Ondo State during his campaign rally when he boasted that his administration has decimated Boko Haram.

The president said that;

“Before we came on board, Boko Haram was having a field day in attacking soft targets and using young boys and girls for their nefarious and criminal activities, but under our government, we have curbed it to the minimum.”

“I appeal that the people of Ondo State should vote for me at the polls in order to complete what I have started, particularly at defeating the Boko Haram insurgency finally, as well as the fight against corruption.”
