Top Banker Arrested For N400 Million Fraud

Buch of NairaA top banker is now in police cell for stealing about N400million. The banker, Mrs. Felicia Omoyenu is the manager, First City Monument Bank (FCMB) in Asaba, Delta State.

Police sources told us that the FCMB manager connived with some of her colleagues at the branch such as Luke Obasa, Maureen Joseph, Frank Obiora, Jane Kuyi and Stella Otioere to steal the huge sum of money belonging to the Delta State Government and diverted it to fictitious accounts.

Our sources said the bankers were arrested and during interrogation , they confessed that they stole the money but they have shared the loot. We were told that about N70million was found in the manager’s son’s account.

The five other FCMB staffers confessed that the manager, Mrs. Felicia Omoyenu only gave them a small amount out of the N400million and kept the bulk of the loot to herself.

Our sources added that it was some staffers of the Delta State Internal Revenue Board that squealed on the bankers when they refused to share the loot across all stakeholders in the fraudulent act.
