Insiders at Governor’s Office, Asaba squealed to us that Gov. Okowa invited operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to Asaba on Tuesday, 16 August, 2016 to arrest Permanent Secretaries who served under Uduaghan’s government.

Our sources disclosed that Mr. Hilary Ibegbulam, Principal Secretary to Governor Okowa lodged the operatives of the EFCC in a hotel and they were kept at the office of Mr. Ovie Agas, the Secretary of the State Government (SSG) where they grilled those permanent secretaries that worked with the former governor.
