Existence is one phenomenon that only God understands. So we were once in a world in the womb, and the outside world was a mystery, but at the fullness of time, we leave the womb crying into this world, while our parents and loved ones, rejoice at our “happy arrival”! Also, one day we leave the world of this physical existence and are birthed into a new world of the celestial, and while those we are leaving behind cry, those we are meeting in heaven rejoice!
It is with this solemn knowledge in their hearts that the members of the Divine Friend’s Club rally round their beloved member, Mrs. Nonye Modim (Onye Nkuzi), to commiserate with her at the passage onto higher glory of her mother, Mrs. Bridget Akwaugo Anunwa (Gold nwanyi), of Uruoji Village, Agu-Ukwu Nri in Anaocha Local government Area of Anambra State. In a press release issued by Sir Joe Chinweze KSJI, the members extolled the virtues of Late Mrs. Bridget Akwaugo Anunwa, highlighting her outspoken defense of the lowly and her inability to tolerate falsehood and injustice. They described her as a woman of sterling Christian principles.
Mrs. Bridget Akwaugo Anunwa will be buried in her husband’s compound in Uruoji Village, Agu-Ukwu Nri in Anaocha Local government Area of Anambra State, on Friday 5th February. Her body will be conveyed from heaven’s gate funeral home, and mortuary; Ikedife Specialist Hospital Nnewi, for lying in state in her husband’s compound. Requiem high mass will be at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Uruoji Village Nri, by 10.00 am. She will be interred after the high mass.
Meanwhile the condolence visit of Divine Friends will be on Friday 5th February 2016 after interment.
