‘I Won’t Battle Any DJ Even For $1m’ – DJ Jimmy Jatt

DJ JIMMY JATT & DJ HUMILITY FOR CLUB ULTIMATE(1)Legendary Disc Jockey Jimmy Jatt has said he will never battle anyone for supremacy on the wheel of steel even for $1million cash prize. The turntablist said this during a session at the BHM office on the Lagos edition of Gulder Club Ultimate holding this weekend.
Jatt, one of the most revered DJs in Africa, said he is not planning to engage either DJ Humility or anybody in a battle.
“I won’t be battling anyone, even if there’s $1m on the table. I’m just getting ready for the gig of the year, and I want my friends to come out and party with me,” Jatt said.
DJ Jatt will be leading other DJs-Humility, Caise, Neptune and Xclusive-at the exclusive event which will feature a glam red carpet team and a special surprise package that would set the standards of what to expect at an unusual clubbing event.
Reacting to the perceived battle, Rhythm 93.7 FM’S DJ Humility said he is not fit to engage respected jockey DJ Jimmy JATT in a supremacy battle.
“It will be disrespectful for me to say I’m battling Jimmy JATT. That’s not possible. We are just going to have fun and make the fans happy,” Humility said.
The media is already awash with news of a pending battle between both performers, but the duo plays it down. The DJs will join other star performers for the Lagos edition of Gulder Club Ultimate holding Friday 13 and 14 December at the Oceanview Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos.
