These are not the best of times for the hardworking governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Seriake Dickson. Sources said two PDP members from the state are already plotting to take over the governor’s seat. We gathered that Senator Emmanuel Paulker is warming up seriously to ensure that the governor do not get a second term ticket from PDP. The senator is said to be very close to President Goodluck Jonathan.

That is not all, the Special Assistant to the President on Domestic Matters, Dr. Waripamowei Dudafa is also said to be working hard to replace the governor. Insiders revealed Dudafa has been promised the governor’s seat by the wife of the president.

We gathered that Senator Paulker is battle ready to deal with supporters of Gov. Dickson in his Epie Kingdom.

He was said to have engineered the arrest of some of the governor’s strong supporters in the kingdom such as; Obadiah John, Oborku Oforji, Raymond Manifest and Austin Sambo recently.
