The weekly Glo-sponsored 30-minute magazine programme on CNN International, African Voices, will this weekend feature popular talk show host, Mosunmola Abudu.
The Nigerian TV producer cum human resource management consultant, fondly called Mo Abudu and regarded by Forbes as one of the most successful women, launched her TV station, Ebony Life Television in 2013. The station is known to be “Africa’s first Global Black Multi-Broadcast Entertainment Network”.
The programme which airs on Fridays at 10.30 a.m., with a repeat broadcast at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday, 12.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. on Sunday, 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, 11.30 p.m. on Monday and 5.30 a.m. on Tuesday will also feature Siba Mtongana.
Siba Mtongana, a South African chef and host of the Food Network show “Siba’s Table”, is currently a judge on a popular cooking competition, “Chopped South Africa”.
The two guests who will feature on the program were described by CNN as successful woman guided by “perseverance, passion, and positivity”.
On the programme, Mo Abudu would take viewers “behind the scenes of her empire to see how she creates content that has audiences in Africa and abroad clamouring for more,” CNN said.
“Then, we take a peek into the world of South Africa’s biggest celebrity chef and see how she uses her childhood memories of food and South Africa as an inspiration for her recipes”, the international news station added.
