The chairman, West Africa Projects, Rotary Club D9110, Austin, became popular on the society scene when he floated the gentlemen bar on Opebi, Ikeja, before he eventually relocated to another location.

The ambitious dude, we can reveal has moved unto something new as he has signified and concluded plans to run for a seat in the Delta State House of Assembly in the fourth coming election. Austin we learnt is vying to represent Aniocha South constituency seat in the State House of Assembly under the platform of All Peoples Congress, APC.

This true lover of humanity claims his mission in politics is to effect a genuine change. The hospitality guru noted his decision to serve his people is inevitable because he was tired of complaining about everything happening in the polity, especially when he realized that sitting on the fence means charlatans will continue to run the polity.

Basking in the euphoria of the success recorded as a rotary president in 2009, Austin is hopeful of effecting a change if elected. His major area of interest include local health care center, improved hospital where genuine and affordable drugs will be available. He also plans to impact the educational sector, entertainment and sports.
