Senator James Manager, representing Delta South Senatorial District at the senate is in big trouble.

The lawmaker has been invited by the Okoi Obono-Obla-led Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property over fraud and illegal acquisition of properties worth over N5 billion with government funds.
The lawmaker is being investigated by the panel following a petition written by a group, Conduct and Due Process (CDP). The group is calling the investigation panel to investigate and prosecute the lawmaker.
The group equally requested that the properties allegedly acquired by the senator scattered all over Delta, Abuja and the USA be temporarily forfeited to the Federal Government.
Some of the alleged properties include: a mansion in USA, KFT Event Centre in Warri, a mansion in Apo area in Abuja worth over N500 million, amongst others.
