In two years, so much has happened in the life of Ekiti State former Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial aspirant, Peter Obafemi. He was in fierce battle with Gov. Ayo Fayose for the governorship ticket, but lost to the latter after the June 21 primary.

But this downturn was preceded by a colourful season in the gentleman’s life: he took a second shot at marriage in 2013 and savoured the bliss until lately. Married to an epitome of beauty, Ololade, who had a boy with him sometime in October, 2013. Sadly, the centre is no longer holding for these beautiful lovers, which explains why the duo has parted ways.

We gathered reliably that the mother of one has returned to her parents’ home in G.R.A., Ikeja, Lagos. Concerned parties are prevailing on the couple to sheath swords and return to each others’ arms, but it’s got no finish line yet apparently. The cause of the marital squabble has not been ascertained yet.
