The Nigerian Prisons Service, Lagos Command has dispel reports making the rounds that Credit Switch Technology chairman, Opeyemi Badamosi’s killer, a 22-year old Togolese cook, Sunday Adefonou Anani is dead.

The spokesperson, Nigerian Prisons Service, Lagos Command, Rotimi Oladokun, said; “The suspect is alive. I have confirmed that he is in the prison and he is doing fine. There is nothing wrong with him.”

Sunday Adefonou Anani was remanded in prison custody by an Igbosere Magistrates’Court in Lagos, on November 12 and had adjourned till December 18, pending the issuance of legal advice from the Directorate of Public Prosecution DPP.
