Founding Director-General of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors Forum, Earl Osaro Onaiwu has congratulated Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State on his inauguration for his second term.

He said; “A big thank you to all those that stood and fought for the liberation of the Edo’s from the hands of godfathers. It is not a secret that so many relationships were broken and made during the election.”

“It didn’t stop me from standing firm in my belief for better governance through this administration. I picked my battle and without hesitation, I knew I was in the side of development, a side that will support young people and not forget the old, a side that our children’s future is the priority.”

“I received calls and encouragement from so many well-wishers during the election. Indeed the election in Edo was an interest for many all over the globe. Here are some people I would like to thank openly for their steadfast support always, please forgive me the list is long but I will name a few;”
