The Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of National Infinity Magazine, Mr. Olajide Ige escaped death by whiskers on Wednesday February 10^th, 2016 along Lagos-Benin Expressway. The frontline journalist was attacked by a gang of armed robbers.

Funny enough, he revealed that some policemen were not too far away from where the armed robbers attacked him. He managed to escape from them but his car was badly damaged in his escape bid. The journalist was still in shock when we saw him in Lagos few hours after the incident.

The Executives of Online Magazines Publishers Association (OMPA) is hereby appealing to the Inspector-General of Police to put more men on the Lagos-Benin Expressway because report reaching us has it that armed robbers are attacking people every day on that road.
