That former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu was recently attacked by some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Nuremberg, Germany is an established fact.

However, leader of the group, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Sunday, August 18, 2019 took to his official Twitter page and wrote;

“The courageous act by IPOB at Nürnberg, Germany, is a polite warning to those engaged in selling our collective interest to Fulani caliphate. Nwodo (Ohanaeze Ndigbo president, Nnia Nwodo), Igbo governors are warned.”
