What looks like a small crisis is now gradually snowballing into major problem, I am compelled to alert the whole world about likely consequence of my confrontation with Chief Ramon Adedoyin over a property pledged by Mr. Kayode Aworinde over a loan of N50 million given to him in 2011. Chief Ramon Adedoyin (Maye of Ife), the Proprietor of Oduduwa University was reported to have bought the same property even with his fore-knowledge of an imbroglio between the one time friends; Rotimi and Kayode.

He ignored this very fundamental and important factor and went ahead to purchase the building in question because he considered it extremely cheap. He capitalized on the insolvency situation of Kayode Aworinde to purchase the said property described as the only legacy of the Aworindes In Ile Ife, it’s about 100 rooms hotel along Ibadan road, and also attached is a well furnished hall with capacity to sit 2000 guests, equipped with modern electronic gadgets which includes electric generator set. Maye of Ife paid N120 million for the property. When I approached Kayode Aworinde after selling the property for N120 million to pay me the N50 million I borrowed him, he refused. Now my life is in danger.
