President Ibrahim Keita of the Republic of Mali was full of praises for Tony Elumelu and United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc. recently when the bank commenced full banking operation in Bamako, Mali.

“Tony promised it and he did it, African financial institutions should follow the developmental philosophy of UBA and its chairman in growing infrastructure, deepening financial inclusion and being catalysts for eradicating poverty in Africa”.

In his response, Elumelu said;
