Kenneth Minimah In Trouble

These are not the best of times for former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Kenneth Tobiah Jacob Minimah (retd.). The Opobo, Rivers State born fearless ex-soldier was grilled for hours on Tuesday 20th June, 2017 by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over multi-billion naira arms procurement during his tenure.

The EFCC is probing the over $1,891,809,299.1 deal because it did not follow the public procurement law. It was discovered that a company, which was registered on November 17, 2014, got a $125,179,299.10 contract on the same day.
