Former Military President, Ibrahim Babangida’s spokesman, Prince Kassim Afegbua has slammed a N1 billion suit against the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris with Mr. Jimoh Moshood, force spokesperson, Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) and Channels Television listed as respondents.

The suit, a fundamental human rights procedure brought through originating motion of notice, seeks to enforce Afegbua’s fundamental human rights.

In a 15 paragraph affidavit filed by his counsel, Kayode Ajulo, at the Federal High Court Abuja, Afegbua is faulting the police declaring him wanted as well as the procedure undertaken by the police.
