Newly elected Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa is in fresh trouble. Those in the know said the new speaker cannot express himself in English Language fluently and may not be able to manage the affairs of the Lagos State House of Assembly efficiently since not only Yoruba people are members of the house as they now have Igbos in the house.

Those spreading this wicked tale said even though the speaker claims to be a lawyer, he could hardly speak simple and correct English without making mistakes. They said very soon he would start throwing grammatical bombs like Dame Patience Jonathan.

Be that as it may, some supporters of the speaker told us that those spreading the story about the speaker are simply political enemies of the speaker who are envious of his rising political profile in Lagos State. They added that the speaker is a qualified Lawyer and the records are there.
