Famous actress, Halima Abubakar has quit acting after over two decades in Nollywood.

This was disclosed by her management on Monday, October 17th, 2022 via social media.

Her management in a brief announcement said:

“HALIMA ABUBAKAR QUIT ACTING. Rejuvenate and continue healing. We all love you. My sweet sis. We are waiting for you diva.”

For those who don’t know, Halima Abubakar started her acting career in 2001 when she played a minor role in Rejected. Her first lead role was in Gangster Paradise.

She is the CEO of Modehouse Entertainment, a music label and entertainment management company.
