Famous actor cum politician, Desmond Elliot has been lashed out and humiliated by his angry constituents.
Desmond who is a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Surulere Constituency is said to have constructed a public toilet for his constituent estimated to be N200,000 (two hundred thousand Naira only) which he commissioned on Thursday, February 21st, 2019.
