The race to Ekiti Gubernatorial Election has taken a new twist with the presence of political big wig and former presidential aspirant, Otunba Reuben Famuyibo. A close ally of late General Sanni a relationship which influenced the creation of the state.

Famuyibo has been around for a while. He is known for his philanthropy nature in and outside Nigeria.

Over 1500 students from the former Ekiti/Ondo state including part of Osun had benefited from his scholarship scheme ,a feat which made several traditional titles to be bestowed on him all over Nigeria.

If the Ado agenda is anything to go by in the coming election, He stands 100% chance as a true son of Ado Ekiti since Ado indigene has not been elected as governor since the creation of the state.
