Senator Ben Bruce, who represents Bayelsa East Senatorial District has revealed how his fellow lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye escaped death by whiskers.

The businessman cum politician recently took to his twitter handle to make the shocker…“Just met with @dino_melaye. Very sad to hear what transpired. Dino is asthmatic, yet while in transit, the police gassed him & he could barely breathe. Second time they gassed him, he had to force his way out of the vehicle. Dino literally escaped death. SAD!”

It would be recalled that Senator Dino Melaye had last week jumped off a police van in Abuja while he was being transported to Kogi State to face criminal charges, as a result sustained injuries and is now at the intensive care unit of the National Hospital, Abuja.
