Winners Emerge At Future Energy Nigeria Industry Awards

Winners of the 2017 Future Energy Nigeria Industry Awards have emerged. The names of the winners were announced during this year’s Future Energy Nigeria conference and exhibition in Lagos on Tuesday, 7 November, 2017.

The well packaged event came with a glamorous gala dinner that brought together 150 Nigeria’s most renowned power professionals to recognise and celebrate the leading industry pioneers and projects in four different categories.

Be that as it may, Daniel Chimaobi, National Centre for Energy Efficiency and Conservation at the Energy Commission of Nigeria won the Award for Outstanding Contribution: Power. Yuri Tsitrinbaum, CEO of Lumos Nigeria got the Award for Outstanding Energy Project. Emeka Anuforo, Senior Science and Energy Journalist, Abuja Bureau, The Guardian received the Energy Reporter of the Year while Abdulmini Yakubu of Ajima Farms went home with the Community Initiative Award.
