Dr. Haliru Bello, a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is not a happy man at the moment as his son, Bilyamin Muhammed Bello was reportedly killed by his wife, Maryam Sanda.

However, Maryam Sanda, we learnt is the daughter of former Aso Savings Bank boss, Hajia Maimuna Aliyu. We gathered that Maryam stabbed her husband to death on the ground of alleged infidelity following a text message on his husband’s phone.

Meanwhile, those in the know squealed that: “Maryam stabbed her husband in the neck and chest while he slept in the bedroom at their home in Maitama, Abuja. After stabbing him, she took him to a hospital where he gave up the ghost.”

“Before the tragedy, Maryam had bit off part of Bilyamin’s ear, he was treated at a hospital and later returned home. He was advised to leave the house for some time, but he refused.”

“Maryam had attacked Bilyamin before the latest incident, which unfortunately led to his death. The two got married about two years ago when the former PDP chairman persuaded his son to marry Maryam. Everyone was shocked by Bilyamin’s death; it was sudden, unexpected and tragic. ”

Regrettably, sources disclosed that the deceased was at the verge of divorcing his wife before the ugly incident. The marriage produced a daughter
