Popular showbiz personality, Sweet Batowei is dead.

Information about how he died is still hazy. However, he was very close to famous singer, Eedris Abdulkareem in his lifetime. He was a backup singer for the Remedies.

He attended Yaba College of Technology (YabaTech) where he started his music career.

Sweet Batowei moved on to the media and was doing programs on television in his later years. He is survived by his wife and children.
