The new Secretary to Akwa Ibom State Government, Sir Etekamba Umoren will be sworn-in on Friday, June 5, 2015.

The swearing-in ceremony to be performed by the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel will take place at Exco Chambers, Governor’s Office, Uyo at 2.30p.m.

A press release issued in Uyo by the Senior Special Assistant (Media)/Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Ekerete Udoh invites permanent secretaries and other guests to be seated before the ceremony.

Umoren who was appointed by Governor Emmanuel recently is a 1984 graduate of University of Benin, a retired Permanent Secretary, Government House, Uyo and Chief of Staff to the immediate past Governor of the state.
