Billionaire businessman and Sifax boss, Taiwo Afolabi’s secret has been exposed.

Insiders squealed to us that the shipping magnate pulled all the business tricks to outsmart top banker, Jim Ovia out of the Marriott Hotel deal.

Insiders added that Jim Ovia’s Quantum Luxury Properties Limited already had a deal with Marriott Hotel in 2012 before Taiwo Afolabi.

We gathered that the SIFAX boss has already opened the N45 billion Marriott Hotel in GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.

The five-star hotel built on 11 floors has 250-bed rooms. It has modern facilities, including an exclusive flight crew lounge, VIP lounges, 1,000 – capacity ballroom, executive meeting rooms, a 400-capacity car park, 206 standard rooms, 44 suites; including three presidential suites. It also has a well-equipped gym, continental restaurants, and other facilities.
