Popular Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has dropped a bombshell. 

He said: “If Nnamdi Kanu, who is in prison for terrorism and threatening to kill our soldiers, shows remorse and calls for peace, I will be at the forefront in calling for his pardoning and amnesty for him.”

For those who don’t know, Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja sentenced the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nanmdi Kanu to life imprisonment, following his conviction on all seven counts of terrorism filed against him.
