Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi has appealed to members of the party to embrace peace amid the leadership crisis rocking the party.

Peter Obi made the appeal on Friday, July 5th, 2024 via his X page.

He said: “We will successfully resolve our differences and emerge stronger and more united than ever. Our strength lies in greater unity for our common national good.”

“I reiterate my earlier appeal for us to put aside our differences and work together in a spirit of harmony and mutual understanding.”
