Honourable Ned Nwoko has been dragged to court by Abuja based property company, over his failure to honour a contractual agreement.

Our source said Nwoko and the company entered into an agreement to which the sum of $10 million was supposed to be paid to the company for its services.

Nwoko and his company, Linas International Limited failed to honour the over two-years-old agreement despite all entreaties.

The source said it is shocking that Nwoko could be reneging on commitments and putting the survival of the property company and its workers in jeopardy.

The suit is billed to commence at an Abuja High Court next week.
