Acting Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr. Ibanga Bassey Etang has died in a mysterious circumstance.

We gathered that the National Assembly is about to probe the Interim Management Committee of the NDDC and a missing N40 billion of the Commission before his sudden demise.
