A 2 billion dollars hotel amounting to N724,100,000,000 (Seven hundred and twenty-four billion, one hundred million naira) is now being built in Dubai.

The hotel is constructed four kilometres into the sea by the heart of Europe. The bedrooms are completely underwater with live fishes all around. The luxury hotel has stretched architectural technology to its limits.
