These are not the best of times for Hon. Michael Diden, popularly known as Ejele as the Registered Trustees of Centre for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Crusade (CHURAC) have instituted a lawsuit to nullify his appointment as the Chairman of the Board of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC).

CHURAC and it’s registered trustees who are the claimants in Suit No. W/154/2019 are seeking the nullification of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s appointment of Ejele as Chairman of the oil commission.

The matter will be heard on August 19th, 2019 at the High Court, Warri, Delta State.
