Jimoh Ibrahim’s mother, Mrs. Theresa Jimoh’s death has raised controversy in the family.

Dipo Jimoh, her last child who claimed to be the closest to the deceased is now shouting on the rooftop that their mother did not die from fire accident as being reported.

He disclosed that their mother died from family complications and mismanagement. The Columbia University and MD/CEO of Barama Energy Resources added that he is ready to face any heavyweight, individual or group who plans to misinterpret or confuse the populace about the root cause of their mother’s death.

We gathered that the 76-year-old woman was at her house in Victoria Garden City (VGC), Lagos when she was burnt to death by a fire that engulfed her apartment on Saturday, January 19^th, 2018.

She was said to be praying when she dozed off, while a candle she allegedly lit started the fire.
