Justice Ibrahim Saulawa of the Federal Court of Appeal, Abuja has given a judgement in favour of Eyitayo Jegede, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Ondo State governorship election coming up on Saturday, 26^th November, 2016.

The judgement described Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim another candidate of the PDP under Sheriff’s faction of the party as an impostor. With this judgement, INEC has now been directed to display Mr. Eyitayo Jegede’s name as the authentic candidate of the PDP in the guber election.
