Aphrodisiac seller and CEO of Kayamata, Jaruma (Hauwa Saidu Mohammed) is in hot soup.

Sources told us that she has been re-arrested and remanded in Kuje prison, Abuja for defamation of character, injurious falsehood, criminal intimidation and publication of false news against billionaire businessman, Ned Nwoko.

Sources said; “Jaruma was arraigned today on count of Defamation of Character, Injurious Falsehood, Criminal Intimidation and Publication of False News with Intent to Cause Offence Against the Public Peace at the Upper Area Court, Zuba FCT Abuja where she pleaded not guilty.”

“Her counsel made an application for her bail and the court made an order for her to be remanded in prison custody till Friday the 28th day of January, 2022. Meanwhile, the substantive case has been adjourned to 23/02/2022.’’

Some of the charges against Jaruma include criminal breach of trust, defamation, cyber-bullying amongst others.

Jaruma will be investigated for criminal conduct, selling unlicensed and unauthorized love potions, sales of illegal substances amongst others.

It was also reported that Jaruma’s counsel made an application for her bail and the court made an order for her to be remanded in prison custody till Friday the 28th day of January 2022. Meanwhile, the substantive case has been adjourned to 23/02/2022.
