Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija, Executive Vice-Chairman of Famfa Oil Limited who is ranked by Forbes as the richest woman in Nigeria is currently building Famfa Towers on Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The 22-floor edifice is worth N60 billion. We gathered that the one-of-kind tower will be used for commercial purposes. The last five floors is said to be for her personal use.

For those who don’t know, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija is also the Group Managing Director of The Rose of Sharon Group which consists of The Rose of Sharon Prints & Promotions Limited and Digital Reality Prints Limited.
