Former Super Eagles star, Finidi George has lambasted his teammate, Taribo West for revealing that some players camped ladies at France ‘98 World Cup.

He said; “I was never aware of such and this is my problem with some of my teammates. If Taribo West saw some players camping ladies in their rooms, why didn’t he speak up that time?”

“Why wait till after 22 years before coming out to speak up? He could have spoken up that time not now.”

“The problem we had against Denmark was that we underrated them because we beat Spain, Bulgaria and we just felt Denmark will be an easy ride.”
