Gov. Ayodele Peter Fayose has taken the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to the cleaners over his frozen personal account with Zenith Bank. The governor whose counter cheque to make withdrawal was rejected at Zenith Bank branch located at Onigari, GRA, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State came out smoking hot when he was told by the bank officials that his account has been frozen. Hear him… “I got wind of the fact that the EFCC had placed restriction order on my personal account and that of my associates. I came here today and I have been able to see it. This action shows that this government has no respect for the constitution because I enjoy immunity under Section 308.”
