Ezinne Benedette Amuta Bows Out In Glory

On The stage of life, some arrive with a presence, play a grand role and bow out with great ovation.

Mrs. Ezinne Benedette Amuta-Nee Okoye-Ajana (Odibeze) was one of such great players. Destined from birth to be an icon of inspiration and support for all humanity, Madam Benedette embraced the world with open arms and a ready smile. Her house was known as the place of refuge for all and her hands were always ready to give. She nurtured, cared and inspired all, sharing even her last meal with the needy. With a ready advice and admonition for all, Odibeze proved a repository of discipline and wisdom. Little wonder she was able to raise some super illustrious children among whom is Chief Ben Amuta, (Oil Minister)

That is why as she has joined the celestials in glory, very far and wide went the clarion call for the mourning of a great loss to her people. Madam Benedette slept in the Lord on 17th November 2016. Her wake keeping will be on Thursday February 23rd 2017 with a vigil mass at Chief Anthony N. Amuta’s Compound, Uruowelle village, Dunukofia, starting from 5.00pm.

There will be a requiem high mass at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church Umudioka on Friday 24th February, 2017 by 10.00am. Interment follows after the mass at Chief Anthony N. Amuta’s Compound, Uruowelle Village Umudioka, Dunukofia LGA, Anambra State.

She is survived by many children and grandchildren including Chief Ben Amuta, Oil Minister (Ugochukwutubelu), Chairman, Benneks Group of Companies, Franchise Holders: Don Morris, Eden Crest, classic range of wines, and other FMCGs.
