Enugu popular wig seller, Smart Beyonce (Onuorah Caritas Onyinye) has been arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for trafficking cocaine.

She was arrested at Akanu Ibiam International Airport (AIIA) in Enugu recently upon her arrival at the Enugu airport on an Ethiopian airline flight from Addis Ababa in Egypt.

NDLEA operatives found 2.192 kilogrammes of cocaine in her possession.

According to the NDLEA she concealed the drugs in two women designer handbags with false linings.

NDLEA Spokesperson, Femi Babafemi said Onuorah Caritas Onyinye confessed to trafficking illicit drugs and that she was into the business of selling women’s wigs and hair attachment.
