Senator Dino Melaye of All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kogi State is now locked in a political war with the national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. The senator revealed recently that the APC leader is supporting Senator Smart Adeyemi of the PDP whom he defeated at the election at the Court of Appeal.

Dino Melaye added that Bola Tinubu had contacted Mohammed Bello Adoke (SAN) to represent Senator Adeyemi at the Court of Appeal. Also, Senator Melaye said the APC leader has asked the prominent lawyer to look for a Judge in the Court of Appeal that can assist in the matter.

Be that as it may, the APC leader speaking through his media aide, Mr. Sunday Dare said Senator Dino Melaye is simply blackmailing him and the senator has joined forces with those who want to destroy the party and they won’t succeed.

However, Senator Dino Melaye has been telling people that Bola Tinubu is fighting him because he supported Senator Bukola Saraki to emerge the Senate President.
